NDC’s Ayawaso East Win: A Stepping Stone to 2028 Victory – Botwey

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) is riding high on the wave of its recent victory in the Ayawaso East by-elections, with Stephen Kweku Nyarkoh Botwey, incoming Weija Gbawe NDC Deputy Youth Organizer, hailing the win as a significant indicator of the party’s prospects in the 2028 general elections.

In a statement, Botwey, popularly known as Ago Dae, extended his warm congratulations to Hon. Baba Jamal on his impressive win, describing it as a testament to the party’s growing strength and appeal. “This victory is a clear indication that the people of Ayawaso East have faith in the NDC and its vision for a better Ghana,” Botwey said.

He commended the party’s leadership, supporters, and the campaign team for their tireless efforts, emphasizing that the win would energize the party’s base and attract more supporters. “The victory in Ayawaso East is a morale booster for us, and it’s a sign that we’re on the right track,” Botwey added.

Botwey, who is gearing up for his own electoral battle in Weija Gbawe, pledged to replicate the Ayawaso East success story in his constituency, focusing on grassroots mobilization and youth engagement. “We’re on the path to victory in 2028, and Weija Gbawe will be a stronghold for the NDC,” he declared.

The incoming Deputy Youth Organizer emphasized that the party would build on the momentum from Ayawaso East, intensifying efforts to connect with voters, particularly the youth, and promoting policies that address the needs of Ghanaians. “This win is a message to Ghanaians that the NDC is the party of hope and progress,” Botwey said.
